Danny and his team listed and sold our Moss Beach home on a very tight timeline, negotiating skillfully to get our asking price, at times helping the buyer's broker understand how things are unique on the Coastside. This is our second time working with Danny. He originally helped us buy this house in 2013 and we knew he would be the only one we wanted to work with to sell it. He is calm and steady at all times -- helping all parties quickly come to a fair agreement. Danny was also able to recommend a fabulous realtor in our desired location and helped coordinate the timeline for both escrows - which wasn't always easy - but as I said he is able to negotiate for fair outcomes as well as calm the worried client (in this case, me!) with a strict 30-day escrow. He was able to provide just the right amount of hand-holding during this transaction and for that my husband and I are grateful. Thanks, Danny!
